Having conducted in excess of 100 energy audits since 2006 on behalf of the Energy Savings Trust and performed carbon footprinting analysis’ in conjunction with the Crichton Carbon Centre, TTS has continued to support energy efficiency and low carbon technologies with our pursuit of applications of renewable technology.
TTS has successfully managed several projects involving renewable energy from feasibility study through to installation, utilising technologies such as biomass boilers and wind turbines. There are currently plans to build on our experience of renewable energy with potential projects for solar thermal panels and a new build environmentally friendly eco-farm.
The eco-farm scheme would adopt a range of sustainable solutions and renewable technologies to provide for its requirements including rain water collection, solar thermal panels, solar photovoltaic panels, wind turbines, micro hydroelectric and a ground source heat pump.
