Our experts have experience in the process engineering design of pipework, pumping and vacuum systems. We have designed and installed utility services, pressure vessels, water treatment and effluent systems in a variety of locations from hospitals to micro breweries. For example, a Micro Brewery is a miniature version of a large commercial brewery but still capable of producing a five-barrel (180 gallon) brew per day. TTS designed and installed process equipment that spanned malt mill, mash mixer, cereal cooker, wort copper, whirlpool, beer chiller, fermentation and maturation vessels, conditioning and storage tanks, filters, pumps and ancillary equipment. Our experts also designed the utilities supply system to provide the town water supply and break tank, refrigeration plant, inert gas for beer transfer, gas for copper boiling, electricity for motor drives, controls, lighting, ventilation, drainage and cellar facilities. |
