The Health Centre and adjoining Andrew Laing Clinic now benefit from the installation of a new condensing heating boiler plant together with high efficiency domestic hot water generators with integral anti-legionella function. The opportunity was also taken to upgrade the system controls to incorporate BMS reporting.
Implementation of this system has resulted in a significant reduction in gas consumption constituting a cost saving of £10,000 per month for the health centre.
